One thing i like about this company is you will always get salary on time and they never delayed salary. If someone wants to do a single job in their career and never wants to try anything else then this is for you. I will refer this company to someone who wants to do job and gets decent salary.

Dislikes

What i dislike about this company is increment because the do increment for 1 time in a year only 10% and you will not get any paid leave although you will get 1 extra salary. If you here for learning then this is not good company because here you will feel very comfortable and once you feel comfortable in any job then you can't change the job because of your comfort level so not recommend for freshers

Work Life Balance is good, working hours in only 8.5 hours and half hour lunch also and that is good, after working hours you don't need to stay at office, no one will stop you to leave the office.

Dislikes

* Pressure situation till working hours end. * Seniors didn't support you. * Other staff will frustrate you in the working time. * No Proper Management * Everyone wants to distrub other person. * Strict working hours, you cannot take a leave, if you take a leave, it will be chargeable from your salary.
