Work environment differs across practice areas. Bangalore real estate team does not promote individual career growth. TL lacks organizational skills and team management.

Nothing. The Partners are not helpful at all. The Senior Partners show false hopes, hire people and kick them off whenever they want to. Your work life will have so much balance that you will only focus on “chilling.” It is firm of highly unprofessional people with no job security.

Everything. There is no transparency, appreciation of work. They hire talent and make them useless. Some of the partners are just female oriented-and they favour them.

HR will take you out for no reason and will force you to leave. But while hiring they will beg you and treat you like anything. job on probation with no security can terminate randomly before probation. HR named Radhika and Esha are the worst just because we don't get rude that doesn't mean we don't know how you guys are unfairly dismissing us.

No job security. If you are on contract there is always a possibility it will end and never get renewed. Sad but true. Also there is less chance of any get permanent after contract period. Even if you give your 100% no one will hear you.

There is nothing to like. Seniors dont have etiquette to talk with staff. I will never recommend this company to other girls. Please girls think twice before join the company.

Especially for girls Plz think 1000 times before join this company. Seniors will harass, abuse and moleste you and nobody will listen and help you. So Be aware!!!!! No job security.... they will terminate you anytime.
