The work culture is brilliant. All the seniors and subordinates are quite supportive. It is a learning environment where we get ample of opportunities to grow professionally. Many initiatives are taken on a regular basis to upskill the trainers, which is a big positive.

The independence to be a teacher: making lessons and designing courses, is something that boosts the confidence of teachers. At Khaira Education, we have this independence. In addition, there is ample scope for professional development with regular training from best OET professionals.

I have been working here since 3 years and there is nothing that I dislike about the company. I have been getting more than I expected at this place.

Working for Asia's First Premium OET Preparation Provider and helping nurses and doctors find gainful employment abroad was supremely satisfying. I was also lucky to have Gurleen as my mentor and through my association with her and Khaira Education I have become a more disciplined professional, and a superior trainer.
