I think that in 2024, 11 every job should not have a salary of Rs 12000, it should be more than this. And bonus is very bad Only 3500 in 2024

Every thing, salary is moderate, retention rate is very low, staffs are happy being work here, yearly once salary increases but it will take average 4 year to get promotion

Skill development rate is very low. Work hours is very lengthy 10 to 7, it should be 10 to 6 atleast.

...ore than 11 hours a day.....during festival season no weekly off for one month.. poor salary structure, no promotion.... Heavily effect on physical and mental health.
