Store opration timing in system 10:30 to 9:30 and same time of manager but A warning is given by the area manager that the store has to be kept open till 11 pm and no staff can go anywhere during this time. In this way, the manager is made to work for full 12-13 hours, in return for which he is given a weekly off of one and a half day. And Store hand over process so bad

Not much to dislike. Keep you head clean and focus on your goals. If you are self driven then this is best company.

Some Territory Retail Executive working here avove store managers, are good. They help you learn filling excel sheets, solve store related problems etc. Salary gets credited on 1st or 2nd of every month.

...e. Some years evwn if your store achives target, no salary raise would be there. And the managers joining 2-3 years after you will have better salary package than yours, designation doesn't matter. Here in this company a store manager can have less salary than a newly appointed store supervisor or assistant store manager. Sales pressure sometimes is huge. No footfall in store, but they aren't interested to hear that. Company's product quality is far inferior than Bata, but company thinks Bata as rival. As product is inferior, so it is cheap. No staff outings, very poor staff salary as compared with other retailers. So, staff retention is also poor. New staff gets recruited very month or two. Only those who have no other option, sticks to this company.

I like the Khadim's company.the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.high quality products and has a global client base.i also like the employee re hire policy here .

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high .I have to work 12 hours straight in a day as have to attent some calls in the evening and sometime.

The culture is too good, its like familly. Though depends on various Area heads. Salary is not too good but job security and independence is there..

Salary and going back to work at native place is very hard.
