Working culture of this school is good but lake of usage of Information Technology is a big hindrance to the pupil and staff progress. It seems the Managing Committee is not serious about the usage of Library Software so I never got the chance to work in Team and upgrade my learned skills. Working in a team gives a chance to test learned skills and get familiarize with the new one It gives strength and motivation to improve services and enhances management. I am always ready to learn new things and use them for the improvement of user service. Any Library is mean for over all development not for its Users but for the Staff also.

...ment should give attention not only to the Students development but staff also. Salary is also a big issue. What the School has decided is not quite satisfactory. Lake of appreciation is another issue despite of my lots of efforts.
