I would like this company many opportunities skill development learning from all departments. And all Saturday and Sunday is holiday.

Job security is very worst in this company and timing is not followup and no food, transport is not provided. Food and transport is not provided so your loss the huge amount spend this. Working time is mention 9 to 6 but start the work is 8.30 and evening closing time above night 12 mostly weekends.

Freedom to work and perform infect I love my uniform. Best part is product technology and innovation. This brings a combination of best culture and result oriented approach to problems.

Traveling distance from home to office, no cafeteria. Moreover the performance review should happen every 3 month.

Handful employee and bonding between them. Since this is technological company, there are lots of opportunity to grow employees are encouraged to take bigger roll. If anyone has passion, dedication & hunger to touch the sky, then this is the organisation. Moreover almost everyone is from different background but they are happy to share and collaborate for one goal.

Dislikes

Employee need to be more aggressive in market otherwise competition will eat our pie. Since no PR for long time, public awareness is very low.

Company has a transparent and positive approach . friendly co-workers and NO POLITICS. Very young team with lot of scope for development. Insurance benefit for the whole family.
