They usually hires for their clients and doesn’t not bother about resources, once recruitment is done if the client tells them the resources are not longer needed you will ask to resign on the spot and hence lacks job security.

One of the most significant letdowns was the lack of fair compensation and the absence of any meaningful hike in salary. Despite dedicating my time and efforts to the company. The Promised performance reviews and salary adjustments were postponed repeatedly, Leaving employees feeling betrayed and undervalued. mostly the HR terminate the employees by asking them to do resignation themselves.
It seemed that the company was more interested in cutting costs than recognizing the hard work and commitment of its employees.
Moreover, the excessive workload and unrealistic expectations placed on employees contributed to an unbearable levels of stress and burnout. Request for reasonable work-life balance were met with disdain, with management continuously prioritizing profit over the well-being of their work force. This disregard for the mental and physical health of employees is deeply concerning and ultimately unsustainable.
In Light of these experience, I strongly urge individuals considering employment at KGISL to think twice.
Potential employees deserve better workplace that values and respects their employees, Promotes inclusivity and prioritizes a healthy work life balance.
Meaningful change must occur at all levels, from the top down, to ensure a safe, supportive and productive work Environment.
I was interviewed by kgisl for Malaysia location. I cleared all the rounds.
After that hr discussed about salary unfortunately they never called back.
It's waste of time.
And before interview I was having an offer of salary x. HR aware of that offer so if they interviewing means they should be ready for atleast x .
On time salary, Health insurance, independent Cabin, good HR team
