Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

If any point of time if company comes to know that he is not going to earn much money from you he will terminate you immediately irrespective of how many years you have served the company(10-11 years),by giving the unrealistic reason like you are not performing well ,you don't have that aggression,team bounding ,leadership quality,project management quality or they will ask you to shift to if you are from other then south region ..etc for shorter term its ok if you don't find any other job.This company is not at all good for non tamilian and non Coimbatore.
