For freshers It's a very good Mill, they can start their career & learn, gain knowledge. Good work-life balance. Very good exposure to market

Salary is low compared to market Employees benifit is poor, no proper HR policies, to be improvised.

...lary is not constrain due to company accrue a loss in business for past 4 years. salary will be credited on after 20th of every month, layoff and percentage wise salary deduction will be there for every month. My personal suggestion joining at this time is not recommended.

...famous temple inside the campus called Thentirupathi and devotional surrounding. There is a good salary based on experience and bonus to every year.

During training periods there is no proper guidance. career growth is slow and also bit of politics.

Don't choose this company if you want to make good career to yourself. They don't pay salaries properly you will get scold from customers because of the company false promises. Customer services and Committments was very worst.
