...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies, appraisals are fair and they give salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decen, There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It's really great working in karvy organisation. There are so many freshers who has great skills to showcase and leadership skills. I have learnt so many things from this organisation and I am really thankful for that. It is always a great platform for those who want to broaden their career into BPO sector.

Dislikes

...crement. Only freshers can work and can gain experience here with lot of skills. Finally, the salary date always postpones they never stand on their promises.

I would like say about my work life in Karvy is good and but the reason I have resigned is low increment and low learning skills about the working process.

Compensation is very low for the survive in this competition world. Salary increment is low.

...r From my view karvy is the best company who needs experience and management Work palce everything is good apart from salary bcoz in karvy they can't give us more salaries and they give more apraissal also so that Guys remember if u need one experience in finance sector it's very good company... And company shift timing also very good while if you need holidays also They can give as per our situation Ultimately i am proud to say that I was part of karvy computer share

Salary is credited on time Negotiate for salary beyond market standards before joining and don't accept immediately You should not fear to reject as there are many hidden clauses and they are open to revisions But don't join IT, Support, NPS or Fund Accounting team (AIF, MF and Wealth Management) as it will ruin your career

Dislikes: Weekends working due to workload Lots of politics (freshers should be over careful) Favoritism of own people Low Hike and almost no promotions Heavy workload and very slow hiring process intending to do cost cutting New task and workload increases very frequently Heavy attrition causing too much handovers beyond imagination Not recognizing good people especially due to Managers fear from subordinates performance 2 months notice (non negotiable) period even on probation CTC and in hand will not be satisfactory due to pf deduction, LTA, variable and other hidden conditions Micro management and long unresourceful calls
