Karvy will hire the freshers and will pay very less package 7-8000 per month and false promising that salary will be increased upto 75% after probation period actual increment will be 5-6%, career growth chances are very less, saturday working is the worst, always treats IT as BPO,Employee should be in ontime which will be captured by biometric but will never bother about outtime,Company only cares about money but not resources,The most worst thing I have experienced ever in IT history is company will not allow resources to go out in the working hours by closing all the doors and keenly verifying the resources.

Salary is credited on time Negotiate for salary beyond market standards before joining and don't accept immediately You should not fear to reject as there are many hidden clauses and they are open to revisions But don't join IT, Support, NPS or Fund Accounting team (AIF, MF and Wealth Management) as it will ruin your career

Dislikes: Weekends working due to workload Lots of politics (freshers should be over careful) Favoritism of own people Low Hike and almost no promotions Heavy workload and very slow hiring process intending to do cost cutting New task and workload increases very frequently Heavy attrition causing too much handovers beyond imagination Not recognizing good people especially due to Managers fear from subordinates performance 2 months notice (non negotiable) period even on probation CTC and in hand will not be satisfactory due to pf deduction, LTA, variable and other hidden conditions Micro management and long unresourceful calls

Work culture is good with events and seminar but lack proper team management and projects

No salary hike if you give loyalty to this company it Will be your worst mistake no proper login hour you will work on sunday too and even late night at the end no compensation and incentives for extra working hour There is zero work life balance there is no life at all you go to office and come back home even then you will have to work but salary hike 0% so your life will be hell don't join there are better companies then this the chief people officer is a doesn't understand such issues since hr has no work as they think others don't have too
