Hr policy regarding notice period and time taken to payout the last month salary and reliving letter and have to wait for 2 month to get ur education documents submitted at the of joining

The company is open to innovation. I love to the fact that I am a part of a team market reliable, high quality productsand has a global Clint base.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high

Job security is the only thing I liked in karvy as they want you to work till retirement in the company.

No proper training, work is like worst than government office,no salary hike,zero growth opportunities,they just hire freshers as the freshers will not be having salary demands and the freshers will leave the company after one year for hike again hire freshers.

Work culture is good with events and seminar but lack proper team management and projects

No salary hike if you give loyalty to this company it Will be your worst mistake no proper login hour you will work on sunday too and even late night at the end no compensation and incentives for extra working hour There is zero work life balance there is no life at all you go to office and come back home even then you will have to work but salary hike 0% so your life will be hell don't join there are better companies then this the chief people officer is a doesn't understand such issues since hr has no work as they think others don't have too
