Zero value to employee No bonus No incentive No leave encashment No perks, trips and gifts Management not issuing emp shares after IPO this is brutality of employees hardwork and sacrifice since years. Zero morals values Unethical management Management is filling thier pockets no benefits to employees, Most important point HR don't consider employee for annual appraisal who joins after 30th June, every year they plan their recruitment after 30th June they will give false statement that employee will get increment for both years along with arrear this is not true be careful don't trust this statement this is my personal experience

There salary is very low compared to market standards. We can't get a promotion unless we complete 3 years in this company. There are very less perks.

Good place to start career in the field of finance & will be able to learn a lot about capital market operations. But it’s good to work there only for 1 - 2 years.

Poor salary and no other benefits. Chances of promotions is almost no, most of the people have been working for last 10-15 years in the same position.

... marked by several concerning issues that I believe are imperative to address. One of the most glaring drawbacks is the lack of promotional opportunities and salary hikes. Despite dedicating four years of service to the company, I have seen no acknowledgment of my efforts in the form of career advancement or financial appreciation. The floor management, particularly the behavior of my immediate manager, has been nothing short of arrogant. This has not only contributed to a toxic work environment but has also hindered professional growth. Equally disheartening is the apparent indifference of the HR department. I have found them consistently unhelpful in addressing employee concerns or facilitating necessary processes. It is disconcerting that an HR department, which should ideally be a resource for employees, falls short in providing any substantial support. Moreover, there is an outstanding amount that was deducted from my salary a year ago, and despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation, the amount has not been returned. This lack of financial transparency is both unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the company's integrity. In light of these issues, I feel compelled to express that KFintech, in my experience, is far from an ideal workplace. The combination of stagnant career growth, an unsupportive work culture, and unaddressed financial discrepancies make it, in my opinion, a challenging and unsatisfactory place to work. I sincerely hope that these concerns are taken seriously and addressed for the benefit of current and future employees.
