I love the brand and the culture invaded in the brand, currently working with KFC in Nigeria and have never regret working with them, but I just want to have more experience about the brand in other country

Base on my location, the Salary is not encouraging and that’s my main reason to try my luck In other country

Internal employees get Less salary who are internally promoted as compared to external employees they are hired for the same position.

Here u need to be close to with Area coach or Ops manager then will u survive. Small mistake happened they will start taunt you. Hire the staff no foods allowed to eat & if they miss the regurlisation they will not get the salary work,load like hell. There is no time for food & for toilet also. Audit audit & audit.

Not good only audits no work balance HR won't take responsibility of man power we have to work like hell for line staff
