Salary very less, promotion can not be on skill it's depends on upper level needs. Working hours too long. Not any overtime pay and any transportation. Can not be balance work life with personal life, woke like an labour. Nobody will listen ur prblm

Salary distribution is very good. They give salary on 1st of every month.

Lot of politics. Salary is not up to the mark. No incentives. When you will get hired you will be told to do so something and when you will join them you will be told to do something else. They say that it is 9 hrs of shift but ultimately you have to work for 11 - 12 hrs. No work life balance. No job security

Working with team and verry supportive and taking to higher level.

Frankly I can say that the team was working hard but the salary are less compare to other companies and the night shifts are till 1:00am and so many team members are getting health issues and no proper sleep in future they may cause dangerous.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
