My experience with this company has left me deeply disappointed. They lays their employees off even without prior discussion, notice or any explanation-just a sudden cut-off to your access to files and exclusion of communication channels like WhatsApp groups. This abrupt approach was incredibly unprofessional and, frankly, unethical. They removed employees who had dedicatedly given 2-3 years to the company and were among the top performers. A company that values its employee should treat them with respect and transparency, especially during transitions. Handling departures in such an impersonal way shows a lack of regard for employee contributions, which, in the long run will likely affect the company's reputation and statibility.

They put 15 days unpaid to employee after 15 days they fire the employee which is totally in legal
