Dislikes

None in my view. Policies are put in place so that there is uniformity so that is not an issue. Politics are there in every organisation big or small. One must have faith in their own work to stand tall. 2 years bond is a common agreement which every school has so I don't think even that is a problem. Coming to work load on teachers, yes at times it increases as the school puts the students on priority. Giving constructive feedback to parents and students or giving one on one attention wherever required or updating the knowledge with research etc all adds up to the work.
