It accepts you as an individual. The place gives you an opportunity to Learn, Unlearn and relearn. The organisation believes in giving constructive feedback to bring out the best in you.

Dislikes

None in my view. Policies are put in place so that there is uniformity so that is not an issue. Politics are there in every organisation big or small. One must have faith in their own work to stand tall. 2 years bond is a common agreement which every school has so I don't think even that is a problem. Coming to work load on teachers, yes at times it increases as the school puts the students on priority. Giving constructive feedback to parents and students or giving one on one attention wherever required or updating the knowledge with research etc all adds up to the work....Read More

An amazing place to be to learn, unlearn and relearn. Wonderful team to work with. Though a little hectic, the knowledge you gain is tremendous.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I like its work culture, learning modules and overall growth and development.

Dislikes

There is no regular cultural activities like singing or drawing for the teachers

Work Details

For me its an excellent place to work and gain knowledge from your colleagues and your superiors. I have got appreciation for my work and thereby i feel interested to work hard for the development of the school.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
