Salary range for Business Process Sr Rep is from 10 Lakh to 21 lakh ( Excluding PF gratuity etc. ) So, yes Salary wise it is very good company. I belong to ICB Advanced level. ( 6-8 years experience ) For ICB expert (8 -12 Years Experience ) salary range is 18 Lakh to 30 Lakh. For Managers ( 12-20+ ) the company offers 30 - 48 lakh bracket. Keep in mind these ranges and negotiate accordingly. Company gives very ordinary hikes of 6-8% . Do mark my post helpful if it worked for you. All the best !!

very less increment, salary is less compared to market value. And I believe you like a company or not partially depends on the manager, if your manager is not good your life will be hell. Right now I am facing the same problem.

Handsome salary for on-roll folks and working hours are good

Here teams are sub divided in such a way that you only work on some specific skills and not allowed to learn others task/process easily, whereas in market requires multiple skills which is integral thing of all the sub teams. Here contractual folks are not allowed to participate in lean or other major projects. Only used for data clean-up.
