1. Nothing to like in the company or the kind of work they do 2. One might like the responsibilities given as they depend on one person to do 5's job 3. Work from home if that can be counted as a benefit (see dislike point 2)

Dislikes

...does not provide you with a PC and also breaches your personal data via this. 4. Salary is meager as compared to industry standards and the bonuses- it's a joke. They never pay and make some other excuse or way through which you are not paid in the end. 5. Job security is a joke as they don't understand that the notice period is vice versa. 6. They don't care about your needs or development. They just want work and you to do overtime even.

...iving the interview. I managed to clear the assignment round and the tech round. Then came the salary negotiations and so the HR gave me a fair hike but she even mentioned sticking to the job as there was a lot of instability in my resume and with not proper documents I might have problems in the later stage of my career. Today it's been 2 years and I am feeling good. At least I have done something good for my career with the support of the team and my colleagues. Happy to take the advice of HR. Every year without asking for I get a good hike and appraisal and also a mid bonus from time to time. what more should I ask for? Must say they are genuine and good people. They are strict when they come to their policies but it is for the betterment of the end so everything is fine and fair for me.

It s been over two years now. I have found a stable company that is ready to pay if you work honestly. Before this, I changed almost 3 jobs in a span of 1 year because of covid, project issues, and company closure. But moving to Keyideas I can say I have learning and growing my skills. The appraisal, bonuses, and salaries are always on time.

It is over 2 years working from home so there is less interaction with team members.
