Accepting false process inputs Fake it till you make it approach at many times. Too much process. Rigid approach for travelling days and outstation visits Strict schedules

Work life balance is terrible, they treat you as slave from 8:15AM to night 11:30 P.M Sat and sunday are officially off but you have to work on weekend also and no over time

Kindly dont spoil your life in joining keyence , if you are not getting any job then only join

Keyence is basically a company which gives you freedom to explore the industry and to compete with the competitors in the market. Workaholic environment but very much cooperative and understanding. Each team is well balanced and capable of doing big businesses. Very well balanced work life along with good growth and appraisal. Love to work in Keyence!!!!!!
