Job security in this company is a joke. Imagine they hired me as a Senior Officer, kept me waiting in the office to take a proper handover from the employee who was leaving and just after few days, suddenly one fine day their Director (owner) woke up in the morning and realized that my profile is not suitable for this position, says sorry our mistakenly hired you, result I'm fired. Seriously? Without letting me start my work, a company hires and fires, how would a person rate such a company!

I work there for last 2 years but management is not listening to you owner is misbehaving eveyone in staff for no any reason ,no job security, staff is not cooperative, no any appraisal, lala company, you have to located in chandani chowk which is highly populated market densed, no one will support you
