I don't understand how this company with such a dirty working culture can get a workplace certificate. The atmosphere of the company is getting worse day by day. Only hitler is royal. Don't knowhiw to work, put pressure on the team below. And you not work accordingto them. So it is a wrong behaviour. Ego is first, their company will later give wrong report on you and spoil image and carrer. And dirty language is also used. you are isulted. The manager behaviour s is very rude. And you have must have seen that in tha last 6 months, more than 20+ employee have left thier jobs. my request to you think100 time before joining this company.

Truly stupid company & management, if you want spoil your career, join keya. Because he offer you very good salary & after one month start to torture you. No value of your work

I currently working in this company. This is good company and managers and seniors is very good. Management is directed attached to lower post to higher post employees and solve our problems immediately. And very learning point and opportunities in this company. So I recommend

According to my experience some HR employee is not help you on timely. So this is only negative point other than all is good

Pathetic work culture. Senior management always shout on you. You work almost 12-14 hrs in a day. They are backed by VC , so growth is not in their in agenda. Just want to show the topline and get the investor

product was good but Keya can grow multi times but working environment was not good.

pathetic experience with Keya foods. really surprise how can Keya won best workplace because working culture rating was 0 in last few months many employees leave the company.
