...f very year. Career growth is very slow but at a time get a successfully career. Company payment salary very low and not match to salary of educational qualification and with the working experience.Industry's working learning is very good , here is use that modern and new updating high technologist machine so production rate is very good.Others plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in this industry.I also like the company.

Keventer main job karte 3 saal ho gaye hai na toh salary increase huyi hai na he pf cut huya hai na he koi promotion mili hai ak diwali ke din umeed hoti hai wo be kuch nahi dete company owner sir se request hai ki CSA team par dayan dye

First of all you can lead your life balanced. If you say about company culture, i will tell ,it's excellent because of there employees are too helpful.

It's all about salary. Job satisfaction is too much but I can't say about salary structure.

There is no proper leave policy. Operation team has to work in national holidays,durga puja, 2nd & 4th saturday. No proper work life balance. Office politics at its peak.

My 1st Company. My seniors were helpful. As a fresher it is good company for 1year. Work load is less. Work- Life balance is good.

Low salary. No growth, no future. No increament. You will be permanent employee after 7-10 years. Low salary for permanent employees also. Management is bad and The head of Union is illiterate. Scope of Improvement is less.
