They don't care about employees. Only Friday work from home. We can take extra work from home only 1 in 3 months. Worst appraisal since last 2 years. No one happy. They want lead level work at junior salary. Management getting worst day by day

The people here are fun to work with. It's hybrid for a few teams. No one really disturbs you on the weekend. Opinions are heard and interns are given equal importance. There is a work-life balance. If you wish to upskill and ask for it, it will be provided (Although I wish the company actually were proactive in this). But the senior leadership is extremely amazing and you'll actually learn a lot under their guidance. The CEO and COO are extremely smart and just listening to how they think and how passionate they are about their product is amazing. Overall a fun place to work if you're passionate about the line of work you are in.

Dislikes

...uper employee friendly. I don't see any employee benefits being incorporated. The pay here is below the market average. Amazing appraisals are given to those who hang out with the upper management and the others are just manipulated and pushed around. Hypocritical and manipulative HR team.

On time salary only good things. If you love gadgets then one most liked thing is LAPTOP it's getted within a week while you join.

No development training, no skill development training, no soft skill development training, All manager's pushing for campaigns but no one can see the practical things, managers are from different city, no one is appreciated your efforts upto you will not achieve something. You are welcome if you fresher or you're sales rockstar. You are always monitored by your mobile phone with GPS Tracker(Company not provide any mobile phone or recharges

It's really commendable how management and leadership is inclusive of everyone. You don't see that happening often. Have learnt a lot in this role and Ketto would be pivotal in shaping my career. Forever grateful ❣️

There is nothing to dislike in Ketto at such but lately the spirit of other members than leadership seems to be low . Only specific people doing heavy lifting and others working to complete the timesheet

Job timing is 10 AM to 9 PM Toxic work environment, Intern politics, If you earn incentive they will not give you.Politics for Promotion as well. Even if you complete your target you can not leave office.yoh have to stay in office till 9 PM.
