To start with India Ketchum HR, she begs you to join during their crisis situation and will not let you know the office infrastructure which is very poor and pathetic. The work culture is very bad and biased. If the work is going on good the higher management steals the lime light and if in case some thing goes wrong they will rip you apart and make you feel low and sorry on a continuous mode till the crisis is settled. I just want to understand whether they even have a PR Practice and policy in place because the employees are put to so much anguish and sorrow they feel suicidal. Very filthy, distressed and frustrated bunch of people to work with, specially team delhi, team hyd and Mona who always escapes work, her responsibilities and mark my words any given time you will find her on sick leave or some or the other family member will be always under going treatment at some hospital. If there is no proper knowledge sharing, no proper communication and always blame game and cribbing session going on.. when is a mid level employee going to even learn or understand the requirement of the client. So sorry to say out of pain, very wrong step of my life which changed every thing and dragged my apart. I suggest and advice each and every person who wants to join this agency, please do not risk joining this company with their fake promises, coz there is no HR policy and employee retention programme, neither any learning process to grow..

It's a pathetic place to work. People coming to this company are tortured and forced to resign abruptly. Horrible experience!

No team support, insecure job environment, filthy politics, uncertain career, imbalanced Culture of work, biased and demotivational superior especially in the hyd team
