I learnt a lot from the leader, I gained confidence, working Environment was awesome, the staff was very good. Unfortunately, they didn't support us in this lockdown. They could have done something for it. It's not good to see when we give our time, sweat, energy for the company and when we faced something like this, they didn't even stand with us.

1) Work timing (They expect you to work more than the actual duration) 2) No Incentive (As they say, we never got) 3) no job offer/ no certification 4) no holidays (not even in public holidays)

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
