Teammates: They are far below than the average minimal required set of skills reqd. Training happens but with the internal ideology not in line to equip employees with outside the world. Security about the job is 50-50. Zero career growth. Can't expect salary hike though you are a very good performer among the all other staff. Travelling required for my profile. internal politics is huge which sometimes demotivates you. Learning happens but not for the self development. Work environment is not at it's good. Innovation in the work done is appreciated at times. One can maintain the work- life balance sometime but not the most of the times.

Not much things to mention apart from the growth and other parameters.
