Its a 4 branches cooperative bank in Delhi.Our staff is very cooperative.

Dislikes

Their is very slow in delivery of all work. Lack of management interesest for benefits of employee and bank aswell. They need to work on to develop more and more New banking Products. They are working on old banking products only. There is a requirement to implement new ideas by enhanceing the skill of our employees and adding New clients. It will be only possible by Developing IT infrastructure in the bank and regular skill development.
