Employee are very nice to each other and also very helpful.

Dislikes

If you give anyone give don't change there designation or department like if you hired interns for Finance and except them to work as Technical Recruiter which is unfair and please don't be bias to anyone.

This is my personal experience in 2019 , that time I resigned and fulfill all formalities then I leave from Keshav Encon after 15 days I surprised company has no transfer my last 15 days salary.😕

Lot of issues but nobody care I see during Covid 19 time some people admit in hospital but company HR person totally helpless he clearly said I’m helpless.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
