Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...ll. Not giving a decided bonus to employee. Not giving a experience certificate. Not giving salary sleep. Not giving money to vendors. Force to work in extra hours. If you want work peacefully than not look at this karkhana company.

The timings were terrible. Never could leave from office on time which had brought problems in my personal life too at an extreme level. They send me on unplanned trips with no prior notice and did not even tell the number of days it will take.
