I was from HR Department, my work experience was very bad Because the Assistant manager doesn't know anything. I would like to request the management to give training to the Assistant manager so that she can give training to a fresher.

...rk environment and culture. Management is very much supportive and transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair,they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Always feel that we are one family.

...pany. It's just that i feel I am not rewarded enough for the work I do for them.I have a family and for better salary is really needed with all the expenses I have right now.
