Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. I have been working as a site engineer in kerala pwd on contract basis and i am very glad to say that the kerala govt give me a wonderfull oportunity to be a part. I have been completed the major project like konni medical college road which lengths 1.565 km with a coast of 18 crores

Dislikes

The major dislike about my job in pwd is that there is no securuty in my job career. Otherwise i like it and enjoyed a lot. Its a temporary post and i have to move on
