Job security and work freedom are there. There is nothing more

We can not expect much salary. I had been working there since 2010. My salary has not increased so far except increase of Rs1000 when i got branch in charge in 2018. My PF amount contribution yet to be paid so that i can not my claim my money.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
