Good place to work with. Salary and benefits are par below average. Being a public sector company, one will be paid even his output is below very poor.

Dislikes

Too much of trade unionism. But one has the freedom to take a decision as long you are in a marketing office setup. Once I am transferred to the factory where nothing happens without the knowledge and consent of union leaders, it was really disappointing.

Being a team member of Security Surveillance Group, the project providing extensive support.The purchase division and management always supporting my decisions on project operations and correcting when ever required. The appraisals are giving as per government policy and company policy. The work life balance in company is Good.

KELTRON is a very good company.All the employees will surely happy with working there.no any tension or work pressure.also good management.more over life will be set if u work there

Kerala state coastal area development corporation Ltd (KSCADAC }and Matsyafed,Kerala are two different institutions functioning under the control of Government of Kerala .Government is the authority of appointment to the top posts of these institutions for a stipulated period of time on deputation basis,I have got an opportunity to work both of these institutions as MD and GM respectively and I liked these postings very much.
