Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing much to like just for time-pass job from morning 9:30-6:30 with a Cash salary of only Rs.5000 for working whole day.. This is situated in Karwar Keonics center, I dont no about other places.

Salary is too less compared to work in Keonics, Karwar.. Salary is paid is cash.

Did not care about the wellfare and, they did not care about our health they insisted very much at field work in covid-19
