Ethnicity ,and primitive cultural behaviour towards some workers and management,pressures to maintain and achieve the set goals becoming nuisance at every person,all works in KBL.has been contracted to local and international contractors,therefore discrimination in terms of pay hindering jobs safety ,KBL management outlines all safety and procedures guidelines at any site place of work to be followed by contractors on sites ,safety is the priorities ,the best slogan working aroud quated as (safety states with you)to unable free injuries target for every set up targets by IOs standards ,
