Interview is easy, provide training on company expenses from lodging to food and cab all provide by company during training. No matter where you from you get ticket price as well.

Job security is not good, culture depends on manager and field staff work is more and leave is not approved you really need to make effort for that

Nothing to like about this organisation except my Reporting manager . He is very supportive

Management is not understand the entire team . Sudden increase prices if there is some response of that product is good in market. Management not take stands own there written scheme

Lot of opportunity to grow yourself. Kent is in developing stage,so good opportunity those who want to develope there technical as well as management skill.You will get a chance to prove yourself.

Kent to improve some basic facilities like bus services,canteen in office area.

Timing is the best factor which I like being in the kent. Rest all are normal.

Week Management team. They don't even try to understand that how to make a organization beneficial in a long run. There goal ends in short term.

It like working in a category of people's who unknowingly just looking over their profits no such team work is there just ordering and suggesting phases come, no any subordinate can idealise something or suggest something.

Everything is just suggested here and ordered here no any cases are there for promotion and work life balance specially in any office work or sales work.
