1. Direct interaction with CMD 2. Quality of product 3. Best insurgence policies for emplys.

Dislikes

1. Poor price fixing. High prices Compare to compitator companies. 2. Salary will credit on every month on 7th or above. 3. Very limited Expenses for sales team it's only useful for Bellow 15 days. 4. Unstable policies service, sales, DMS. 5. Poor marketing support. 6. Decrepency in claim settlements.

...any for last 3yrs but all of of sudden they have asked me to give a resignation. They have forced me to resign n didn't provide my salary also. Also hold my salary the month before resignation. So I recommend not to join this company. I am sharing this as m the sufferer and dnt want the same to happen with anyone.

Job security is very less, working culture its ok ,management is worst, company policies for only formalities.

Dislikes

Salary cut-off every month, Expenses cut-off, We can't get properly, Job is not secured, no growth in carrerier. Very tough to survive

...erent product segment as any segment can sell any product and kill others leads. Salary on 7th of every month, FNF hold for 90days or more...sometimes may be never delivered.
