... six month tenure. You are not allowed to take more than two consecutive leaves. Three late coming are allowed as per company policy but Accounts HOD don't allow even one late coming which results salary deduction. Account HOD recruits extra employees for backup so that he can terminate any employee without affecting the GST return work. Job security is zero in KENT.

...he GST team member are allowed to leave office without taking permission of HoD. If you come to office after 9:15 am they deduct half day salary. Account HoD asked Managers to do photocopy documents full day as punishment.

I like this is the brand company and all employees are well educated. There is a huge cafeteria and they give salary timely and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is zero.

If ne comer, your Salary will be discussed for Inhand salary, and there is hardly any difference in Inhand and CTC Appraisal 5-6% Promotion rarely happens No matter what position you hold even for smaller thing you are dependent on CMD. Even though people are skilled, but the work culture is such that you need not to used those learning. Last but not the least, forget about new learnings and skill development you will even loose all your past learning and experiences.

Appraisal is not at all good. It's seem like we are working at lala company not in limited, No festival celebration no extra activities . Nothing like a limited company
