I used to look after GST compliance of KENT. Account HoD wants us (whole GST team) to work for 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. Account HoD use abusive language while talking to junior. None of the GST team member are allowed to leave office without taking permission of HoD. If you come to office after 9:15 am they deduct half day salary.Account HoD asked Managers to do photocopy documents full day as punishment....Read More

The Head office located in Delhi is great place to work. But in Mumbai office the General Manager is not good human being and has very negetive mind set. Misbehaving with staff on daily basis
