All fake pending outstanding list will be given on employee to avoid pay settlement. Once worked in Kent for more than 3 years you will loose the value of your resume because there is no promotion only an artificial pressure. Nobody can decide anything even to....

Company not provided salary as they are mentioned in offer letter, and aslo no one responded any calls, my 5th year work experience but this company's work experience are very bad and aslo harrasment....

If ne comer, your Salary will be discussed for Inhand salary, and there is hardly any difference in Inhand and CTC Appraisal 5-6% Promotion rarely happens No matter what position you hold even for smaller thing you are dependent on CMD. Even though people are skilled, but the work culture is such that you need not to used those learning. Last but not the least, forget about new learnings and skill development you will even loose all your past learning and experiences.
