Every month create new dealers and distributors. No annual budget. Every month new budget everyday payment collection and new dealer opening pressure with abusive dirty languages from local & HO personals. Its a different experience A great learning.

All fake pending outstanding list will be given on employee to avoid pay settlement. If ne comer, your Salary will be discussed for Inhand salary, and there is hardly any difference in Inhand and CTC Appraisal 5-6% Promotion rarely happens No matter what position you hold even for smaller thing you are dependent on CMD. Even though people are skilled, but the work culture is such that you need not to used those learning. Last but not the least, forget about new learnings and skill development you will even loose all your past learning and experiences.
