Even though people are skilled, but the work culture is such that you need not to used those learning. Last but not the least, forget about new learnings and skill development you will even loose all your past learning and experiences.

There is lot of issues and the management doesn't address our issues, salary is very low compare to other companies and career growth and increment is only 10% and cap for PF to 12% any position. Company collects product rating from who purchased online

Appraisal is not at all good. It's seem like we are working at lala company not in limited, No festival celebration no extra activities . Nothing like a limited company
