Timely salary. Work space is very good. Large caffeteria. Near to home.

Dislikes

Low salary. Appraisals are worst. Company is time oriented more than work oriented, strict timings. Policy could be change anytime. Career growth is very slow.

Likes

Company provides salary on time and health insurance to everyone. Infrastructure is too good. A proper sitting space for everyone. Large caffeteria. Products are also of very good quality. Company has lot of money and this is debt free company.

Very Strict timing, appraisals are very very bad, no standard operating procedure, only one person takes all the decision, apart from salary company does not provide any other facility to their employees. Employee growth is disastrous. Employee switch their job very early from this company. 4 boss in 2 years of tenure, Emloyee not stay for long time. Lot of politics.

This is bad behaviour all senior like RM abuse speak all executive and not salary given my last 3 months may 2024 my joining and last August 2024 salary not pay Kent RO company RM name is jeetender chawal and my senior jatin manglani also discuss this case but not any information given to me

This is very bad company behaviour my personal experience not pay salary on the time for executive I think that time join 30 to 40 candidate I discussed every executive one by one but not one executive spike Good senior

If ne comer, your Salary will be discussed for Inhand salary, and there is hardly any difference in Inhand and CTC Appraisal 5-6% Promotion rarely happens No matter what position you hold even for smaller thing you are dependent on CMD. Even though people are skilled, but the work culture is such that you need not to used those learning. Last but not the least, forget about new learnings and skill development you will even loose all your past learning and experiences.
