There is a lot of political and the management doesn’t address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 1 years before which you commit resign on the job training in not given to new joiners

It's very good to work in this organization good support from manager, engineer, supervisor 's management team good technical support from our team mates

...on commission units. so I like to move to increase my skill in all new units. all facilities are good in here good package food accommodation weekly travel trips all are there. Free medical insurance , yoga, gymnasium, play ground game kits.

well i was selected as an graduate trainee engineer, i got a chance to learn each and every small things related to construction field.so i am happy with my company.and i am hopping that in future they will give me another great opportunity and tasks from where i can increase my confidence level with company's growth.

I have no any problem do the job in kentech but i am not satisfie on the salary of assistance in hvac 3 years i am working in the kentech i have diploma in ac technicians then also i am working in as a asset so many time i have try to apply for apply for ac technician but i get poor results ...and my rp also i not there
