They took immediate hiring and firing. and also no allowance for workinh extra hours and ask us to work on weekends

... fired all poor old folks and i thought some day they will do the same with me.. Also salary is getting delayed by 20 days of some employees and also they cut some percentage of salary by saying it will be credited in next month. Guys this company having loss revenue and employees are getting impacted. take good decision. don't see old review as company is manipulating reviews even my review may also will get deleted in some days from here.

Ontime Salary credit but no hikes will be given. Department managers will showcase your minor mistakes and mention as a reason we are not giving hike this year.

Veryless Job security. Micromanagement in every task that assigned. No travel facility. No Cafeteria.

While the company has many strengths, I believe there is room for improvement in certain areas. For instance, the workload can be quite demanding at times, which may affect work life balance. It would be great to see more initiatives aimed supporting employee wellbeing and more initiatives towards employee benefits.
