Nothing except idly & vada on Monday morning.

Dislikes

... balance, they only want their pockets to be filled, their expectations are. 1. Work like horse expect salary like donkey. 2. Work satisfaction is more important than pocket satisfaction. 3. Work work work keep working until you die, but don't ask for leave. If you want leave ask before 1 month. 4. Completely manual work. Don't even dream about WFH. 5. No job security if you slightly offend any senior even if though you are right, be ready to pack things and go home. 6. If you want to know your value, quit suddenly after 8 months of training, if they want you they will offer 4.5 lpa Or say goodbye to kennametal. 7. Be on time to office @ 8:30 am even if you are late, your salary will be gone to hr pocket. 8. Along with your work you should complete senior work as well, they will get all the appraisal and everything you get their workload. 9. Always be ready to take xerox that's the main thing you should learn. Always manager wants to take xerox of his work be ready to walk always. 10. Always show yourself busy, even if you don't have any work or else God help you. They will give you work which is unnecessary or else they will give someone else work. 11. God help you in year end, be ready to work until 12 am. 12. Keep dreaming about team outings and enjoyment. Yearly once they will give food and done.

Overall Good Company, will learn about cutting tools best thing is they have manufacturing facility and design on same campus give more exposure on design to manufacturing

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Project flow and responsibility, access to the lab for validation of simulation results

Dislikes

salary hike, bonus, and growth (career ladder). CAE team manager does not have any FEA/CFD software and technical knowledge. Basically, he is from a sales background and speaks about only savings and AMC thing which is not useful.

Good technical support from management during project execution whenever we struck in any of technical issues.

Dislikes

Some people joins thru high reference and doesn't suit for our profile and resulting in delay for project execution. Most of the people focus on how to make money using TA/DA rather than project execution. Most of the field Engineers require technical training for timely project execution.
