One new GM came there, if you do jalra you are good, no jalra you are out side of company, old employee no respect. one bengali GM was there very bad person. total mental. he thinks he is god of shoe industry. only he thinks bengali men are good and not tamil man are good. another fellow name imad- he full jalra to all the manager. you fight with imad you get in trouble to manager full jalra fellow. sikander gm only like jalra fellow or no like good work person. over all if you do jalra you can work ther
